It did that to me once I changed my name. (I'm assuming you changed your name as well).
What you must do is exit out of Minecraft, and open up your Minecraft Launcher.
You're then going to click "Switch User". Once you've gotten that far, you can click the "Log Out" button. Then you proceed to login with your email/password, as usual, and you should be fine.
